Our roof was 3 years old and we started noticing a lot of shingles falling off. I called some other local companies and they came out and told me I... read more needed a new roof. They didn’t provide any explanation other than wind and hail damage. I decided to get a 3rd opinion and that’s when I called First Star Exteriors. Pat came out, took pictures of all of the damage, sent them to me and explained that I needed a new roof. We decided to go with FSE because of the customer service I received. Pat worked so well with my insurance. It was a lot of back and forth communication and he was there for the whole process.
