Pat came out, took pictures of all of the damage, sent them to me and explained that I needed a new roof. We decided to go with FSE because of the customer service I received. Pat worked so well with my insurance. It was a lot of back and forth communication and he was there for the whole process. The guys who did the labor of putting on the roof were so sweet and professional, and they were done within a day! I’m so happy I went with First Star. Thank you to the whole team!
