Our roof was 3 years old and we started noticing a lot of shingles falling off. I called some other local companies and they came out and told me I... read more needed a new roof. They didn’t provide any explanation other than wind and hail damage. I decided to get a 3rd opinion and that’s when I called First Star Exteriors. Pat came out, took pictures of all of the damage, sent them to me and explained that I needed a new roof. We decided to go with FSE because of the customer service I received. Pat worked so well with my insurance. It was a lot of back and forth communication and he was there for the whole process. The guys who did the labor of putting on the roof were so sweet and professional, and they were done within a day! I’m so happy I went with First Star. Thank you to the whole team!
